Early Warning and Bad Faith Response – Manhattan Beach

Here is an early document showing the origins of attempts made by the Manhatten Beach Teachers Union to engage the district (Rick Bagley) in their differing view of contract negotiations. Bagley ignored them and found himself in the middle of the ensuing nightmare which pitted the teachers and parents against him and the district.

“Our financial information is public and will speak for itself” says Bagley. Until the teachers union insisted pushed and pushed and eventually got the district–and specifically Bagley, the financial assistant superintendent–to admit that it had “lost” a million dollars. Oops.

How did he get hired here with that history?

Did Mr Bagley call those that challenged him in southern Cal Outliers and bullies too? They follow him everywhere . Why ?
